DAY 1: LIMA LLEGADA
Upon your arrival, reception at the airport by a company´s personal, who will welcome and transfer you to the selected accommodation. Overnight in Lima.
DAY 2: LIMA – CITY TOUR / IQUITOS (B)
After breakfast, visit of the city of Lima, where we take a guided tour of the most important and characteristic places of the city, with their typical characteristics of the colonial era, such as the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, the Archbishop's Palace, the Municipality of Lima, the Station of Desamparados, and old streets and the classic mansions of the Viceregal period and Moorish-style balconies; Then we do a panoramic tour of the Church of San Francisco. Leaving old Lima, we enter San Isidro and Miraflores, up to the Love Park, making a contrast between old and modern Lima.
At the indicated time, transfer to the airport of the city of Lima to take your flight to the city of Iquitos, arrival and transfer to the respective accommodation. Overnight in Iquitos City.
DAY 3: IQUITOS / PERLA CRUISE BORDING (B, L, D)
Breakfast at the Hotel, the guides waiting for you to be transferred to the city of Nauta to board M / V La Perla. While installed in his cabin, which is equipped with everything he needs, he is sent as the journey of his life begins, while La Perla begins a navigation on the Marañón river towards the confluences of the Marañón and Ucayali rivers; in this union the majestic Amazon river begins. Consult the guides that take time to go to the deck and can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view, where the guides will tell the story of the origin of the Amazon. After getting acquainted with its new surroundings we will invite you to the dining room for lunch, where we will experience our exquisite regional cuisine, a delicious feast of flavors. After lunch, the guides will give you an overview of the trip program, activities, routes, wildlife and vegetation, geographic and historical background and other useful details of the trip; If you have any doubts or questions, our guides are always at your disposal.
After lunch on board, you will have a late-night excursion in search of wildlife in the Yanayacu de Yacapana communal reserve. This excursion will allow you to admire the largest aquatic plant in the world “Victorias Regias”, birds, iguanas, lazy bears, the beautiful pink dolphins and more. At nightfall, guides will use flashlights to locate alligators, owls, and capybaras.
Upon return, a reception will be provided on board with live music by the bar code band, so you can enjoy local music followed by the welcome dinner. Sit back relaxand toast under the stars for the start of a beautiful journey. After dinner, the guides will invite you to a reading about the origins of the Amazon.
DAY 4: AMAZON RIVER / RIVER YARAPA / RIVER UCAYALI / VISTA ALEGRE / YANAYACU DE YACAPANA - YARAPA (B, L, D))
Early call with serenade to wake up and thus appreciate the beautiful sunrise from the Amazon river. A small excursion will be carried out to observe the birds of the Yanayacu communal reserve of Yacapana, sunrise is the best time for sighting various Amazonian birds. This morning we will also be able to observe macaws, sloths, monkeys, flytrap toucans, trogons, climbers, quetzals, parakeets and more. We will return to La Perla where a delicious breakfast awaits you, while the boat moves to sail towards the Ucayali River.
Later, there will be a morning boat excursion to explore tributary rivers, such as the Yarapa River where there is a varied number of reptiles such as iguanas, anteaters and more. Then, you return to the ship to enjoy a delicious lunch and breathe the purest air that exists.
In the afternoon, a count is made of the geographical orientation and the species observed during the day, an activity carried out by our guides. We will visit the Vista Alegre butterfly farm project, where you will learn about butterflies in the Amazon and their importance in the jungle. You will be surprised with the relevance that these have. Return on board for dinner and listen to live music. An exciting and interesting excursion is offered at night, based on the search for alligators, snakes, tarantulas, scorpions, anacondas, night monkeys and more. You can't miss it! In case you do not want to participate, you can rest in the moonlight, enjoying the sound of nature and taking pisco sour on board.
DAY 5: YARAPA RIVER - CAÑO PIRAÑA / UCAYALI RIVER / MARAÑÓN RIVER / PACAYA SAMIRIA NATURAL RESERVE (B, L, D)
This morning, we get ready to sail through the black waters of the Yarapa River, where we will have an unforgettable experience looking for wildlife enjoying the incredible panorama that the jungle offers us. On the way back you will have a delicious breakfast served on board. We will continue navigating the Ucayali routes towards the upper confluence of the river
Cashew, until we reach Caño Piraña. One of the first tributaries of the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve. This morning there will be a boat excursion to explore the Caño Piraña. In this area it is excellent for piranha fishing. At the end of your excursion we will return to the ship, where lunch on board will be available.
Later, we will have a walk in the jungle where we will learn about medicinal plants, we will look for native insects of the Amazon such as tarantulas, toads, spiders and countless specimens that I have never seen before. Before returning to the ship we will learn about basic jungle survival. Back on board you will be greeted with live music. Then you will go to enjoy an exquisite dinner, time to relax and admire the beauty of the Peruvian Amazon.
Remember that every day of excursion you must put repellent on both your skin and clothing, to avoid bites.
DAY 6: PACAYA SAMIRIA NATIONAL RESERVE / MARAÑON RIVER / NAUTA / IQUITOS / LIMA (B, L))
After enjoying your last breakfast on board we will proceed with the check out and transfer by bus from the city of Nauta to Iquitos. We will stop at the Amazon Rescue Center - Manatees (ACOBIA), where you will see these beautiful animals and have the opportunity to feed them. Continuing with our tour we will have a brief visit around the city to observe the highlights of the rubber era, such as the iron house, the Bethlehem market and more. Finally, we will arrive at the airport to board your flight to the city of Lima, arrival and transfer to the respective accommodation. Overnight in Lima.
DAY 7: LIMA / CUSCO - WALKING CITY TOUR (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the Lima airport to leave for Cusco, arrival and transfer to the respective accommodation.
In the afternoon we will start our tour of the Historic Center of the Inca Empire. Visit the traditional neighborhood of San Blas, and the stone of the 12 angles, this is a stone embedded in an Inca mural that was carved in such a way that it has 12 angles, which fit it perfectly with the adjoining stones.
Visit the city declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. The tour will start at the temple of Koricancha, an ancient Inca palace where the order of the Dominicans built an incredible church that can still be seen there. Then visit the Main Square, where the Cathedral, whose first stone was placed in work in the year 1560. This marvel of religious art has approximately 300 paintings from the Cusqueña School, among many other expressions of art. Overnight in Cusco.
DAY 8: CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY (B, L)
Breakfast, then departure to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, visit the town of Pisac with its typical Indian market (only on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays), where you can appreciate the ancestral customs of its inhabitants, using "barter" (exchange of products ) for marketing. (only on Sundays mass is celebrated in Quechua, the native language). Buffet lunch in the Valley.
Afterwards, you will get to Ollantaytambo, one of the most monumental architectural complexes of the ancient Inca Empire, one of the few places where the spanish conquerors lost a major battle. Very well known for its “andenes” (terraces dug into the slopes of mountains for agricultural purposes), Ollantaytambo was a highly effective fortress, also served as a temple. Then, you continue Ollantaytambo, “the unique living Inca town”: the best surviving example of Inca city planning, with narrow cobblestone streets that have been continuously inhabited since the 13th century.

DAY 9: CUSCO - TOUR MACHU PICCHU (B)
After breakfast, we pick you up from your hotel to leave for the train station heading for the town of Aguas Calientes, upon arrival we go to the bus station, to ascend 400 meters high, on a zigzagging road, for 20 minutes, until we reach the incredible world wonder "The Sanctuary of Machu Picchu", known as "The Lost City of the Incas". Upon arrival at the citadel of Machu Picchu we will visit the main square, the circular tower, the sacred solar clock, the royal rooms, the temple of the three windows and the cemeteries.
From the beginning the panorama that surrounds Machu Picchu (old mountain) is already amazing, the sensation of seeing the wonder of the world through photos or video is very different from the sensation of being in the same place; It is simply a unique experience, that energy and mystique that will envelop you during the tour of the citadel is felt from the beginning of the tour to the end, guided tour of approximately 2 hours.
At the appointed time, you will return to Aguas Calientes to have lunch (by your own) then you have to go by your own to the train station to take your train ride back to Ollantaytambo / Cusco city to be transferred to the hotel. Overnight in Cusco.
DAY 10: CUSCO / LIMA (B)
Breakfast, transfer to the airport of Cusco for your international departure after having enjoyed the wonders of our country.
